Biography:
Count Dooku, a pivotal figure in the Star Wars prequels, made his first appearance in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones.
Formerly a Jedi Master, Dooku was trained by Yoda and later served as Qui-Gon Jinn's master. However, disillusioned with the corruption within the Galactic Republic and influenced by his Sith Master, Darth Sidious (Emperor Palpatine), Dooku abandoned the Jedi Order.
He became a Sith Lord, known as Darth Tyranus, and served as the public face of the Separatist movement. Dooku orchestrated the Clone Wars, leading the Confederacy of Independent Systems in a conflict against the Republic. He was a skilled duelist, known for his elegant lightsaber combat style and his mastery of Force lightning. Ultimately, Dooku was betrayed and killed by Anakin Skywalker under Palpatine's orders in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.
